A vehicle caught fire after striking a pole Monday morning on the east end of town on Route 28 in Fleischmanns around 8:48. Another car had pulled out front, causing the original vehicle to swerve and hit a power pole, which then snapped. The car caught fire. All four passengers were transported out.
