Description
Narrow fluctuating bands of lake effect snow will continue to
stretch into parts of Otsego and Delaware Counties this morning.
If traveling, watch out for rapidly changing conditions in and
out of these bands, including slippery roads and occasionally low
visibility. Amounts will be generally light, yet enough to cause
slick spots, especially at higher elevations. Some blowing and
drifting may occur as well, with gusts to 30 mph.

Description
While still somewhat gusty, winds have diminished. Therefore, the
wind advisory was allowed to expire as scheduled at 1 AM. Gusts of
25 to 35 mph can be expected for the remainder of the night.

Affected Area: Southern Oneida; Otsego; Tioga; Broome; Delaware; Susquehanna; Northern Wayne
Description
Narrow bands of lake effect snow will continue to stretch across
portions of Broome, Tioga, Delaware, southern Oneida, Otsego,
Susquehanna and northern Wayne counties.
If traveling, watch out for rapidly changing conditions in and out
of these bands, including snow covered and slippery roads. An inch
or two of fluffy accumulation can be anticipated within the
heavier bands, which will also contain some blowing and drifting
snow and occasionally low visibility.

Affected Area: Southern Oneida; Otsego; Tioga; Broome; Delaware; Susquehanna; Northern Wayne
Description
Narrow bands of lake effect snow will continue to organize and
impact portions of Broome, Tioga, Delaware, southern Oneida,
Otsego, Susquehanna and northern Wayne counties. Road temperatures
will continue to fall below freezing with snow beginning to
accumulate on untreated roads and surfaces.
If you are traveling this evening, watch out for snow covered and
slippery roads. Higher terrain areas will see the slippery roads
first. Localized accumulations up to around 1 inch are expected
over the next few hours.

Description
HAZARDS...An area of heavy snow showers accompanied by winds of up
to 30 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 809 PM EST, an area of heavy snow showers
was near Richmondville, or near Cobleskill moving east southeast at
45 MPH.
THIS AREA OF HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE NEAR...
Cobleskill and Richmondville around 815 PM EST.
Middleburgh and Schoharie around 820 PM EST.
This includes Interstate 88 between exits 20 and 23.
